Biostar is fine, BIOSTAR TZ77XE3 is a pretty good board.
XE3 and XE4 are the top of the line for them.
Comparable to most high end motherboards.
I have had a few(at the very least 4) Biostar motherboards in the past 2-3 years and none of them had any kind of failure..
